WEEZCUP and Skedna Technologies operate exclusively as a software platform for bracket generation and tournament management. Neither WEEZCUP nor Skedna Technologies owns, manages, or supervises physical sports venues, match referees, or financial arrangements between tournament organizers and players.
By accessing WEEZCUP or participating in any tournament registered on our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue platform usage immediately.
Tournament organizers are solely responsible for event execution, venue safety, referee accuracy, prize money distribution, and setting entry fee policies. WEEZCUP and Skedna Technologies assume no responsibility for organizer misrepresentation, unpaid payouts, or match disputes.
Under no circumstances shall WEEZCUP, Skedna Technologies, its founders, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
All tournament registration payments (whether processed directly via the organizer or routed via our integrated payment gateways) are strictly non-refundable through WEEZCUP. All refund requests must be mediated directly with the event Organizer.
To facilitate tournament entry and live scoring, WEEZCUP collects player contact details (full name, email address, phone number), team partner details, and payment receipt screenshots submitted for organizer verification.
Your information is strictly used for tournament bracket placement, match notifications, referee score tracking, and payment verification.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user personal data to advertisers. Data is stored securely and accessed only by tournament organizers running your registered events.
Online payment transactions are processed securely through licensed payment gateways (PayMongo / QRPH). WEEZCUP never stores raw credit card or bank account credentials on our servers.
