Are there any hidden monthly organizer subscription fees? ▼
No. Weezcup has no mandatory monthly recurring subscription fees for basic organizing. You can create your account and launch tournaments immediately.
How does registration fee collection work? ▼
Free tournaments: players pay you directly (GCash, bank, or cash) and enter their payment reference. Weezcup does not collect or keep payments or payment screenshots for Free tournaments. Premium tournaments: players pay online through PayMongo (QR Ph, with a 1.5% convenience fee), and slots are confirmed automatically.
What tournament bracket formats are supported? ▼
Weezcup supports Single Elimination, Round Robin, and Group Stage + Knockout formats across all plans with automatic seeding and score progression.
Can I customize division categories and age limits? ▼
Yes. Organizers on Premium plans can define unlimited custom skill divisions, age groups, and doubles/singles categories for every event.
What happens when a Free tournament goes live? ▼
Its live dashboard, TV display and online payments switch on automatically when the tournament starts, and the tournament becomes Premium from then on. Registrations taken before that stay as they were.
When can I create my next Premium tournament? ▼
Premium allows one active tournament at a time. Once the current one is Past, either because its end date has passed or because you marked it Past on the manage page, you can create the next one. Diamond has no limit on tournaments running at the same time.
How do I upgrade to Premium or Diamond for my event or league? ▼
